Changing a Blade on the Auto-Cut Device

Step 1: Locate the (4) screws that attach the blade to the cutter head. These screws are marked by the blue circles on the drawing to the right. 

Step 2: Using a 1/8” allen wrench, loosen the (4) screws.

Step 3: Remove the old blade and align the new blade over the threaded bolt holes on the cutter head.

Step 4: When the new blade is properly aligned, using a 1/8” allen wrench, reinsert and tighten the (4) screws. 

Note: When reattaching the cutter head, make sure 
that the blade is properly aligned on the cutter head. 
The cutter head should be positioned so that the 
blade goes from 5 O’clock to 11 O'clock on the 
cutting head assembly.

NOTE: THE WHITE NYLON STRIKE PAD IS     
DESIGNED TO BE REVERSIBLE. YOU CAN 
UNSCREW SAID STRIKE PAD, TURN IT 
AROUND AND SCREW IT BACK ONTO 
THE SHAFT OF THE AUTO-CUT DEVICE 
FOR A FRESH CUTTING SURFACE.
