If the red emergency/safety light is on, that means an emergency stop/safety was triggered. If the operator purposely triggered this, reset the emergency stop once you are ready to operate again.
If the red light is still on after the machine is reset or the red light comes on without engaging the emergency stop, another fault could be present.
- Check the door latch on the right side of the TAB WRAPPER TORNADO. The latch may have become loose. If it is loose, the limit switch can be triggered causing a fault in the machine.
For Smart Controls/Fully automated systems:
Clear the fault where the emergency stop was triggered.
- Once this fault is cleared, hit the GREEN reset button on the control box on the left side of the TAB WRAPPER TORNADO. This will reset the TAB WRAPPER TORNADO and allow the machine to operate.
